Our Application Process
We want to ensure that your journey with Suncompanies is smooth, transparent, and aligned with our values. Here’s what you can expect after submitting your application:
APPLICATION SUBMISSION:
Upon submitting your application, you will receive an automatic acknowledgment. We encourage you to research our company and values to ensure alignment before applying. Due to the volume of applications, we can only respond to those who meet the criteria for the next stage.
APPLICATION:
If the position has a deadline, applications will be reviewed within 1-2 weeks following that date. We will contact potential candidates to continue to the next stage of the process.
INTERVIEWS:
Candidates selected for further consideration may have an initial phone interview. However, we prefer in-person interviews, with virtual options available for special circumstances.
SKILLS ASSESSMENT & REFERENCES:
Depending on the role, candidates advancing past the interview stage may be asked to complete skill tests or exercises. Our HR team will also contact your references during this time.
ONBOARDING:
Once selected, your onboarding will begin on your hire date, which includes completing documentation, receiving tools, and meeting your new team. You’ll be paired with a mentor who will guide you as you get started.
